1. Our 24-hour refund promise
We provide a full refund if customer support receives your refund request within 24 hours after successful payment.
“One day” means 24 consecutive hours, including weekends and public holidays. The period begins at the successful payment time recorded for the transaction. For an order paid from a prepaid wallet, it begins when the order amount is deducted from that wallet.
The deadline concerns when we receive your request, not when support replies or finishes processing it.
2. Transactions covered
This policy applies to paid service purchases, renewals, and paid wallet top-ups.
The full refund is the amount actually paid for the transaction being refunded, after any discount, together with any associated charges collected by us for that transaction.
Promotional credits and discounts are not amounts you paid and do not generate an additional cash refund. Related promotional benefits may be reversed when the underlying transaction is refunded.
Ordinary activation or use of a service during the 24-hour period does not reduce your refund. We do not deduct usage charges, cancellation charges, or our payment-processing costs from a qualifying refund.
3. How to request a refund
Contact customer support within the 24-hour period and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
Provide enough information to identify the transaction, preferably:
- Your account or organization identifier.
- The relevant order or payment reference.
- The service or transaction you want refunded.
You may explain your reason, but a reason is not required to qualify.
We may request reasonable information to verify the payment and your authority to request the refund. If your initial request identifies the transaction sufficiently, time spent completing verification does not make an otherwise timely request late.
Do not send passwords, API-key secrets, or payment authentication codes.
4. What happens to the service
When the refund is carried out, we will cancel or revoke the services, traffic allowance, or renewal covered by that refund. Associated credentials may stop working.
A refund of a renewal cancels the refunded renewal entitlement; it does not by itself cancel an earlier service period that remains paid.
If a wallet top-up has already funded other purchases, support will coordinate cancellation and reversal of the affected purchases as necessary to refund the top-up. The same funds cannot be refunded twice.
5. Refund method and processing
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where available.
For purchases paid from a prepaid wallet, the refunded amount will be restored to that wallet. You may ask support to return the corresponding refundable paid funds to the original funding method instead. Any wallet credit already issued will be reversed to prevent duplicate reimbursement.
If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we will agree on a suitable alternative with you. We will not require you to accept promotional credit instead of money owed.
We will process qualifying refunds without undue delay after the necessary verification. The time taken for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. Support will communicate the processing status.
Your refund entitlement does not depend on whether an upstream supplier agrees to reimburse us.
6. Requests after 24 hours
The voluntary full-refund guarantee does not apply to requests received after 24 hours. You may still contact support about a service failure, incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or other problem.
The 24-hour deadline does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law, or any separate commitment we have expressly made to you.
7. Duplicate or fraudulent requests
We may verify requests and refuse duplicate reimbursement or requests established to be fraudulent. Ordinary use of the service is not, by itself, evidence of refund fraud.
If a payment dispute or reversal is already in progress, we will coordinate the refund to avoid double reimbursement. Nothing in this policy requires you to waive a lawful payment-dispute right.
